People come for Counselling/Psychotherapy for many reasons. Some come with an emotional reaction to a life crisis, such as the death of a loved one, a business failure, or relationship problems. Others come because of the distressing effects of stress or anxiety, caused by the demands of family and/or work. Others come because they are just "feeling bad", and finding it difficult to cope. Life can make many demands upon us, whether it is in what we enjoy, or in the experiences which cause us conflict and pain, but whatever the reason,
